Tips on seamless post-sale integrations
Happy Tuesday Brex community,
We've got a lot of new community joiners so I wanted to reintroduce myself, I'm Michael, an Ambassador at Brex. The Ambassador team at Brex is designed to help your company and investment firm flourish. Feel free to reach out to any of the Ambassadors below. We look forward to hosting you at our community events (this week in The Hamptons!) and brainstorming ways to grow together.
A topic that recently surfaced at one of our Brex Supper Clubs is the importance of a seamless post-sale integration.
Here are three tips that have proven effective for us at Brex:
Regard CorpDev as your ally post-closing—they are as invested in your success as you are.
Establish weekly meetings with your Product Sponsor; this pivotal figure will be essential.
Assimilate to your Buyer’s norms while preserving some of your "Startup DNA" hustle; striking the right balance between hustle and organization is crucial.
We dive deep into topics like these and sector-specific discussions at our Brex Supper Club events hosted around the globe.

Sarah Lux-Lee is the founder and CEO of Mindr
Mindr cultivates leaders at every level, by combining their powerful enterprise infrastructure with world class learning and development programs. Mindr's technology and services power top talent and build belonging at leading global organizations such as Unilever, Apollo Global Management, Ares Management, QIAGEN, Signature Aviation and others. The unique Mindr solution for cultivating leaders encompasses three key areas: employee communities, reciprocal mentorship, and targeted leadership development.
Ambassador's perspective: Impressively, Mindr's profitable bootstrapped growth has only accelerated in this challenging market. This may be because their technology and services are equally essential in bull markets (when employers are competing for talent), and in bear markets (where employers need to motivate and upskill employees in a lean hiring environment). We look forward to cheering them on as they launch their proprietary LEADR Index later in the year, which will pinpoint critical growth opportunities for leaders at every level.

great leaders set pace and intensity
a mistake founders can make is modulating themselves when they start hiring folks that “know what they’re doing” — they take the foot off the gas in deference
leaders setting the bar is naturally uncomfortable, even confrontational
