Hydrate. Actually hydrate. VCs flew in from across the world this week looking for signal, not another dehydrated founder pitching in circles at 11 p.m. Too many founders confuse activity with impact. Elite operators know better: go for signal, not volume. Don’t spill the beans in the lobby — save the good stuff for the right conversation. Take pictures with people you meet. Follow up within hours, not days, with specific context from your conversation. And stop going to parties just to go to parties.
