Happy Tuesday Brex community,

Last week, we hosted our Sales Kickoff (SKO) in San Francisco— A strategic look forward, not just a meeting. We chose SF over Vegas (etc.) for a reason: Vegas distracts, SF sharpens. The energy here fuels product fluency, aligns us with the startup ecosystem, and keeps our team motivated to scale fast. We celebrated wins, had real talk, and refined our execution playbook. Customer panels grounded us in reality, while fireside chats with partners and GTM sessions ensured we’re solving problems, not chasing hype.

For founders planning their first or second SKO, the formula is simple: leverage channel partners for insights, bring in your VCs to discuss the market, and never skip customer panels—they’re your GTM gut check. Sales teams don’t need tricks; they need clarity, alignment, and the right tools to win. You need to arm your sales teams with the resources to crush their goals.
